Terms and Conditions

1. Acknowledgment of Risk

I acknowledge that the Equipment may pose inherent risks of injury, property damage, or emotional distress. I understand Palm Slings Rentals does not supervise my use of the Equipment once delivered.

2. Voluntary Assumption of Risk

I voluntarily assume full responsibility for all risks associated with the possession, assembly, use, and disassembly of the Equipment during the rental period.

3. Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release, waive, and forever discharge Palm Slings Rentals, its owners, agents, and employees from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, or causes of action of any kind arising out of or related to my rental, possession, or use of the Equipment.

4. Indemnification & Hold Harmless

I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Palm Slings Rentals from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from or related to my rental, possession, or use of the Equipment, or any breach of this Agreement. This obligation survives the return of the Equipment.

5. Equipment Care

I agree to use the Equipment solely for its intended purpose, prevent use by minors or unauthorized persons, and notify Palm Slings Rentals immediately of any damage or defect. I am financially responsible for any loss or damage beyond normal wear and tear.

6. Representation of Age & Capacity

I certify that I am at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.

7. Governing Law & Venue

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be brought in Riverside, California.

8. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between myself and Palm Slings Rentals with respect to liability, assumption of risk, and indemnity regarding the rental of Equipment.
